stuart weber: out of the wood concert 4/16/10
Stuart Weber preforming at the Emerson Cultural Center with special guests The Meritage String Quartet. Poindexter's provided a complement of Meyer speakers, subwoofers, microphones, a pre-amp and on stage monitors for this event. In addition to the sound reinforcement, we had the opportunity to design and fabricate an acoustic wood panel system to serve as a backdrop for the group. The panels did double duty adding an aesthetically pleasing backdrop , more importantly they worked well enhancing the natural sound of the quartet by reflecting the "rear stage" sound back out front into the audience.
